My blue light is not coming on when I activate the handpiece. What might be the problem?
You may need to replace the handpiece or tip.  Try replacing the tip first to see if this solves the problem. If not, try a new handpiece or call customer service for repair information.

My green light is not coming on when I turn on the unit. What should I do?
Make sure your outlet is working.  Call customer service for repair information.
